In my Yoga classes, you'll learn breathing techniques, postures and stretches, to feel stronger, more flexible
and more relaxed. |

In my Tai-Chi Fitness classes, you'll focus on healing energy circulating through your body as you perform flowing movements that help your balance and relieves your stress. Plus, you will perform gentle exercises for overall fitness. |

In my Pilates classes, you'll strengthen your core: back, abdominals, buttock etc. You’ll use 'fitness bands' for better muscle conditioning and do stretches
for a lean look. |

In my Dance Exercise classes you’ll learn fun Salsa moves for fat-burning and perform exercises for your total fitness. |

Exercise: Aerobic exercise is necessary for life! The word "Aerobic" means, "With oxygen or in the presence of oxygen." You can start by walking, deep breathing or
even singing and laughing. Singing or laughing puts you "in the presence of oxygen" while exercising the muscles of the face, abdomen and buttock. The aerobic response stimulates endorphins to flow through your body which makes you feel good too!

Be mindful: The mind governs your thoughts, perceptions, feelings, will, memory,
and imagination. Be aware of your "self-talk". Do you put your life, yourself and
others down or are you grateful for this awesome gift of life? Be thankful.
